Shipping & Return Policy
Each item purchased online is shipped via USPS, and varies in cost based on what the order includes. Order fulfillment time varies between 12-48 hours after the order is made. Typical delivery time is 5-7 days, but is also dependent on where the order is being sent to.
Policy terms as of now for the Ivy Market - If you would like to make a return, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer; The Ivy Market does not offer free return shipping. There is no restocking fee. We only offer store credit for returned items.
We are a small business and cannot issue a refund to initial method of payment. However, we would love to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. Just send us an email at email@example.com.
How to receive your store credit?
Once your return is received, approved, and processed, we will email you an e-gift with the credit that does not expire. Please allow 3-5 business days after the return is received for store credit to be delivered.

- Sale items are not eligible for returns.
- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Merchandise must clearly be unworn and unwashed.
- If an item is ineligible for a return and is included, we will send the item back to the customer.
