If you have more than one child who share the same birthday month, there will only be one flower to represent that month, unless noted otherwise.

(such as Mama or a grandmother name) and flowers you would like us to use. If a name is not entered, we will leave it blank. If the flowers are not entered, we will attempt to contact using the information provided in your purchase. If we do not hear back within 24 hours, we will refund for this item.
